Holly Springs Downsizing Online Auction with Pottery, Antiques & Sterling Silver

We are honored to have been selected to liquidate the remaining contents of this beautiful home in a golf course community in Holly Springs.  There are so many unique and beautiful items available for bidding.  We have modern & antique furniture, lots of pottery, quilts, home decor, beautiful live plants, kitchen items, and so much more.    Please be sure to see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have.  All items are sold as is.  This auction will end on Sunday, July 28th, and bidding will start to close at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold.  Each lot specifies a closing time in advance and will be extended to 90 seconds if someone bids in the last 60 seconds.  

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, July 30th, from 11-7 pm at the private home in the Sunset Ridge neighborhood of Holly Springs near Devils Ridge Golf Club.  This is the only access we will have to this home. Items not picked up will be forfeited.   To control traffic in this neighborhood and to be sure your items are ready for pick-up, a sign-up time will be required. A link for sign-up times, as well as all parking information, will be at the bottom of all winning invoices.  Shipping is available for smaller items.  If you require shipping, please get in touch with us beforehand to confirm that it is shippable.  Shipping is the actual shipping cost plus a $6.00 handling charge.  Please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
