Elegant Downsizing Online Auction In "Olde Raleigh" Neighborhood

We are pleased to present this fantastic downsizing online estate auction.  This sale is made up of the contents of a smoke-free, pet-free home.  This home is located in the gated Olde Raleigh neighborhood near Edwards Mill Rd.  the exact address will be given to winning bidders.  If we noticed any issues, we made our best effort to point them out in the photographs or descriptions.  Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have.  Bidding is open until February 27th, 2022, and will start to end at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold. 

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, March 1st, from 12-7 pm.  This is the only access we will have to this home.  The address will be given to winning bidders, along with a link for a sign-up time.  Shipping could be available on smaller items, but please contact us before bidding for shipping approval.  Also, please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
