Inside the Beltline Extravaganza

We are pleased to present Part II of this great online estate auction. Per NC Auction Law, we have to inform you that the owner is deceased, and the name is withheld at family request. Part II was moved to our offices to make room for the upcoming Part III.  This sale is made up of the partial contents of a smoke-free, pet-free home.  If we noticed any issues, we made our best effort to point them out in the photographs or descriptions. Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have.  Bidding is open until Sunday, January 16th, 2021, and will start to end at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold. 

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, January 18th from 1-7 pm at 1800 Tillery Place, Unit G in Raleigh.  There will be no sign-up time for this pick-up.  Please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
